does the ladder include only the people in the league who came in top 6th....?

No, it includes ALL teams that nominated to participate in the League.
When I asked you about your team you said on the day you were just going to play CS and not the league.
If you change your mind and all your players from your CS team are keen to commit to being in the league, then you can get points for your CS performance (I think you guys were mid-field ?)
If only 'some' of your guys want to be in the league as a clan, then you can still use your CS teams performance to score points under the 'hybrid' team rules. (approx half, then divided by players on pro-rata basis)

Remember, dropping/resigning players will cost your team points.

I need to hear from your teammates that they are keen to commit.
If any of them have aspirations to play for another clan, they might not want to because once they're on your clan register, they cant jump teams without incurring a big penalty.
We can sort it out next TD ?
