Welllity wellity wellity.
I was simply blown away by last TD. There were a number of first for this this year, as well as a number of firsts for TD ever. Sunday saw Moddy's 'quantum' CS server returning negative pings, servers that had been set up a week before the lan! Rather than 5 min before the comp! We had 64 regos out of 60! and even had a matching 64 people come in!
As for the comps we started the day with some sabre (and e-wang) swinging action, Master Grint totally cleaned up that one to score some DVD's and Click Click Boom coming in second to grab a case of I-can't-believe-its-not-coke.
Onto Battlefield 2, which despite some dodgy code from EA saw Dan take home a Hard Drive for first place, and Aim2Shame, Boycee, Timidrat, Tyr, BlackVelvet and The_One snatching some cola and chips to fire them up for the next round.
Unreal Tournament a2k4 was owned by the remarkable Johnny Bravo the proud owner of a shiny new Thermaltake Hardcano 11, with the Blue team (who's names I dont have due to deceased SATA controller) took away some more cola and chippies.
Throughout all this a CS marathon raged on, and after the smoke had cleared Augym was standing atop a hill, bedraggled, but clutching his 80Gb HD, and MrLee standing just slightly further down the hill, due to the extra weight of his case of cola.
Day Of Defeat saw Severance walk away with a spindle of DVD's. I heard him say something about needing a TD versus him challenge for the next comp, so lets take him up on it.
We finished off the day with Savage, the Beasts of Moddy taking the field at the end of a gruelling campaign. Moddy would like to thank his beasts consisting of Boycee and Commander Walters.
